Dedicated Server problem

HI GUYS !!!
yar when i create my dedicated server....people cannot join that as ip shown in computer is 192.168.1.3 which is NOT REAL ip....REAL ip is something else from back end...i traced that ip and also tried to connect by that ip but still friends cant join my server...
please help me out guys !!!
how would b friends n people able to join my dedicated server ??? :'(........
